Our Owner Services Department is dedicated to providing our managed aircraft owners with a single point of contact to ensure delivery at the highest possible levels of customer service and satisfaction. You will be greeted by a person who knows you and understands your needs -- not an entire faceless department treating you like another number. Your representative will maintain compreshensive aircraft and owner profiles to ensure that your preferences are met on every flight. Additionally, our Owner Services team handles aircraft scheduling, transportation and other accommodations should your needs require.

Operations Center

Swift Air operates a state-of-the art Operations Control Center (OCC) which coordinates all critical functions of our fleet giving us 24/7 real-time worldwide visibility of our flight operations. OCC personnel monitor a wealth of essential information while conducting scheduling and flight following functions. Our investment in technology allows for comprehensive and secure solutions that enable us to deliver consistent management and execution of daily tasks associated with the conduct of Swift Air flights.

Fleet Fuel Discounts

Jet fuel is consistently among the top expenses associated with aircraft ownership and operation. As an aircraft owner, Swift understands this and has built strong relationships with contract fuel vendors, FBOs and others to leverage our buying power for your benefit. Swift employs a dedicated fuel planner who works to provide our aircraft owners with the best possible fuel purchasing options to reduce the overall costs associated with operating their aircraft. Additionally, our Sky Harbor based customers will receive the benefits of our fuel discounts from Swift Aviaiton Services -- the largest single provider of jet fuel to general aviation in the region.

Fleet Insurance Rates

Swift managed customers can take advantage of fleet-sized pricing through our affiliated insurance provider Transport Risk Management, Inc. This advantage can translate into significant savings over more traditional programs.

Training Discounts

Swift Air contracts aircraft specific ground and simulator training with Flight Safety International, Simu-Flite (CAE), and locally with K & S. As a result of our large volume contract pricing, you will experience significant savings on training costs. All crew members are trained to the highest industry standards as validated through independent rating agencies such as ARG/US.
